Project Spark, Microsoft's software program that allows users to create and play their own games, is going full on free as of October 5th! Initially the software was just free to play, but now it will transition to a free and open creation platform. No extra content to pay for or purchases. Those that have purchased the retail version, in game content from the marketplace or in-game tokens on or after July 25, 2015, will receive Windows Store credit. The system will shift to it's new model on October 5th. It is available for XBOX One and Windows 8.1 later systems.
